At Nature's Blends, we strive to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below, we detail our delivery options, timeframes, and conditions.

Shipping Information:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods: Orders are usually shipped by using Royal Mail.

Delivery Information:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays or high demand periods.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable).

Shipping Options & Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@naturesblends.co.uk.

Track Order:

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at hello@naturesblends.co.uk and we will be happy to help you.

Taxes:

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
